What’s in it for you:
Handles inbound shipments including processing product invoices in system and import & export declaration
Work with 3PL to oversee warehouse activities and fix inventory variances between ERP and WMS systems
Arrange stock transfer between Hong Kong and Shenzhen bonded warehouses
Support sales order processing and invoicing documentation, arrange sample requests and deliveries to After Sales Service partners
Process monthly spare parts & accessories ordering
Validate supply chain invoices before booking in system
Responsible for stock take at both warehouses and consignment counters
Prepare daily stock report and take up duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
Tertiary educated
2-3 years relevant experience in Logistics / Supply Chain function
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment
Good command of written/ spoken English and Chinese
Good computer skills, detailed minded and customer focus with can do attitude
Hands on experience on ERP system
