Talent Acquisition Coordinator (1-year contract)

The Job:
  • Assist in full cycle of recruitment process.
  • Source candidates with various recruitment channels and manage pipelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in on-boarding arrangements.
  • Manage background checking process for all levels of hiring.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
  • Support the recruitment events, internship programs and career fairs.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
The Person:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role with recruitment management system experience is preferred.
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • A good team player, independent and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Attention to details with awareness of confidentiality.
