The Job:

Assist in full cycle of recruitment process.
Source candidates with various recruitment channels and manage pipelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in on-boarding arrangements.
Manage background checking process for all levels of hiring.
Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
Support the recruitment events, internship programs and career fairs.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.

The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role with recruitment management system experience is preferred.
Well-versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance would be an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
A good team player, independent and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
Attention to details with awareness of confidentiality.
