The Purpose:
To manage the operations of the medical pre-authorization approval claims and ensure that the operation of panel doctor networks are running smoothly plus administer day-to-day claim functions efficiently and accurately
The Job:
  • Handle all medical claims assessment and investigation in compliance with company objectives and service standards
  • Provide quality services to designated major accounts including maintaining and ensuring the SLA
  • Handle hotline & email claim-related enquiries from internal & external customers
  • Assist in system development and enhancement project
  • To provide clerical and administrative support assigned by supervisors
  • Perform claims reporting and carry out other duties assigned by management
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
The Person:
  • Diploma or Degree holder with 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Experience in handling medical claims
  • Qualification of FLMI is an advantage
  • Medical knowledge qualification is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Good management, communication and coaching skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
