The Job

Handling of new business sales support and after-sales policy services
Handling application and policy enquiries from business partners
Deliver effective and efficient support to Strategic Partnerships
Provide pending follwoup services to selected business partners and coordinate the business closing with internal departments
Provide pending report and pending analysis for management review
Liaise with internal departments to resolve day-to-day operation issues
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by section head

The Person

Degree of equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in Life insurance operations, middle-office, sales support, case management or customer services. Candidate with underwriting authority/experience would be an advantage
A good team player and is willing to work overtime
Effective communication and management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent in both written and spoken English. Putonghua would be an advantage
