Job Descriptions:
Responsible for Hong Kong tax compliance and coordinating some overseas tax matters, such as annual profit tax filings, tax provisions, and income tax forecasts.

Handle inquiries from tax authorities and internal audits, providing necessary documents for favorable outcomes.

Review tax reports from overseas subsidiaries and suggest improvements for tax controls, while documenting key policies to reduce tax risks.

Analyze tax rulings and implement business solutions for various scenarios. Support the team in tax advisory for business units and new products.

Work with stakeholders to stay updated on tax regulations in different jurisdictions and their effects on the Group. Prepare monthly reports and analysis for senior management.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

Qualified Accountant under HKICPA or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in Hong Kong taxation, from professional firms and telecom or relevant industry

Knowledgeable about tax regulations, filing processes, payment and appeal procedures, and up-to-date with international taxation trends like BEPS

Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Capable of understanding the business environment and applying relevant tax principles, and effectively communicating these methods to stakeholders.

Good command in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. High proficiency in Chinese typing is a must
