Our client is a diesel engine, agricultural and heavy machinery manufacturer founded in Japan in 1910's.

Location : Kwun Tong

Salary : HK$18,000 to $24,000

Working hours : Mon - Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities :
Provide technical support by answering customers inquiry promptly regarding technical issue on diesel engine

Arrange timely spare part supplies to customer

Order processing and follow-up

Act as the primary contact and maintain good relationship with customers

Desk work ONLY (No onsite work)

Requirements :
HKCEE / DSE or above, Marine or Mechanical Engineering educational background is a big advantage

1 year of above relevant experience OR candidates with knowledge of MARINE Engines (either through school studies or work experience) are highly welcome

Proficient in MS Office applications

Native Cantonese with good command of written and spoken English is a MUST

Well organized fast learner with good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility

Willing to work stable for a long time

Able to speak and write Japanese will be an advantage
