Technical Officer

• Responsible for supporting customer solutions:
  • Unified communication or IP telephony solution deployment and maintenance service.
  • Cloud voice solution e.g. Microsoft Teams Voice and Zoom solution deployment and maintenance service.
  • Contact center/Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) solution integration and application deployment.
  • Unified communication messaging and application deployment and maintenance service.
• Pre-sales support, technical consultation and proof of concept (Po C).
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills.
• Willing to take challenges and quickly acquire new knowledge for solving customer or solution requirements.
• Good problem-solving and analyzing skills and positive thinking.
• Job or duty may involve non-office hours to support business and operation needs.
