Group Procurement manages product & service contracts, sets out procurement policies & operating procedures across different business units of Sino Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process and contract management within the Group, including communication with internal departments/ companies in respect of centralized bulk purchasing items and preparation of product specifications, quotation/tender documents, tender reports and contract documents. He/ she will assist in sample evaluation, tender analysis and price negotiations, keeping track and monitoring suppliers' performance as well as consolidating purchasing data for analyses and reports periodically. He/she will also work on the procurement transformation project and new strategic project assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in corporate/group procurement

Experience in using finance and procurement system will definitely be an advantage

Good communications and interpersonal skills

With sense of urgency, meticulous, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Candidate with less experience will be considered the position of Officer (Group Procurement)
