Vice President, Private Equity (Healthcare)

- Proactively source and originate deals, conducting thorough market studies.
- Model and value investment opportunities effectively.
- Assist in all phases of deal execution, including market and financial due diligence, structuring, contract negotiation, and the drafting and negotiation of deal documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive Investment Committee memos and presentations.
- Monitor portfolio companies and implement value creation strategies.
- Oversee junior team members in developing detailed financial and cash flow projection models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with outstanding academic credentials.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in private equity, corporate finance, or strategy consulting, with solid financial modelling and valuation expertise.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong business and investment acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and drive for results.
- Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua
