As the Vice President of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's external communication strategy, enhancing shareholder value, and fostering strong relationships with the investment community. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, investors, and analysts, providing key insights and strategic guidance to drive the company's financial performance and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business strategies, and key developments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to craft compelling narratives and presentations for investor meetings, earnings calls, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Organize and manage investor relations events, roadshows, and conferences to promote the company and attract potential investors.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Sell side Equity research experience is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages is preferred.
