As the Vice President of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's external communication strategy, enhancing shareholder value, and fostering strong relationships with the investment community. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, investors, and analysts, providing key insights and strategic guidance to drive the company's financial performance and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business strategies, and key developments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Collaborate closely with senior management to craft compelling narratives and presentations for investor meetings, earnings calls, and industry conferences.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Organize and manage investor relations events, roadshows, and conferences to promote the company and attract potential investors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
8+ years experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields within the banking or financial services industry.
Sell side Equity research experience is highly preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in English and Chinese languages is preferred.
