Responsibilities:

• Serve local and foreign customers of Securities Service Operations in the area of Client Services
• Investigation and answering to clients’ requests on Direct Custody & Clearing settlement / cash services / corporate actions
• Participation in UAT activities of systems used
• Registration of clients’ requests in internal system
• Preparation and sending reports to clients
• Sending monthly bills to clients

Ideal background:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics or equivalent experience in financial sector
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Investigation skills including attention to detail and analytical thinking

Advantages:

• 1+ years of work experience on the field of Client Servicing
• In-depth understanding of local capital market, securities market infrastructure and settlement process (at Custodians, brokerages)
• Previous work experience with banking systems
