• Gathering, analyzing and checking of functional and technical requirements
• Implementation of requirements in given technical design
• Software development in agile teams and input to methods of software engineering

• Holds a completed degree in business informatics, mathematics, or possesses equivalent knowledge.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Demonstrates mastery of modern programming techniques and excellent programming skills in Java and from the Java ecosystem (Groovy, Jakarta EE, or Spring).
• Proficient in handling common design patterns and data structures (XML, JSON, etc.).
• Possesses very good knowledge of CI/CD and related tools, with extensive experience with build tools (Gradle, Maven) and at least one version control tool (e.g., GIT-SCM).
• Exhibits curiosity, flexibility, and interest in looking beyond the horizon, coupled with a willingness to change and a pronounced agile mindset.
• Displays strong team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp, analyze, and formulate complex issues precisely.
• Has a strong focus on solutions, high quality awareness, independent work, and the willingness to take responsibility, along with very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least B2 level).
