• Manage the relationship with customers as central point of contact, including pre- and post-sales support.
• You are responsible for the demand management of Allianz Technology products, services or project packages.
• Drive the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products.
• Align the financial account plan and ensure revision and tracking of the account plan.
• Facilitate issue resolution in projects & services and coordinate internal resources.
• Support the invoicing, cash and contractual topics
• Drive the monitoring of quantitative and qualitative delivery targets regarding progress, time and quality.

• Engage in customer relationship, understanding of strategy and challenges and providing customer insights.
• Strong moderation and presentation skills and the ability to deal with diverse audiences, including top management.
• Degree in economics with interest in finance topics or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of work experience in key account management, customer relationship management or other client-facing disciplines.
