The Account Manager/ Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d) establishes, shapes and maintains effective day-to-day relationships with Allianz Technology customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. In your role you will serve as the primary interface to the clients and handle IT and non-IT services in scope, also on a cross-customer or cross-functional perspective.
You will
- Manage the relationship with customers as central point of contact, including pre- and post-sales support.
- You are responsible for the demand management of Allianz Technology products, services or project packages.
- Drive the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products.
- Align the financial account plan and ensure revision and tracking of the account plan.
- Facilitate issue resolution in projects & services and coordinate internal resources.
- Support the invoicing, cash and contractual topics
- Drive the monitoring of quantitative and qualitative delivery targets regarding progress, time and quality.
Your skills
- Engage in customer relationship, understanding of strategy and challenges and providing customer insights.
- Strong moderation and presentation skills and the ability to deal with diverse audiences, including top management.
- Degree in economics with interest in finance topics or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of work experience in key account management, customer relationship management or other client-facing disciplines.
Excellent written and spoken English and the willingness to communicate within a multi-cultural working environment.
