• Ownership of demand, prioritization and overall governance of projects/rollouts in close collaboration with the Heads of IT on Allianz Technology side and the OE counterpart(s) (e.g. CIO/COO).
• Driving transformation of the infrastructure and security towards a global shared service provider, contributing to central programs and projects.
• End-to-end responsibility for all IF&IS services delivered to OEs in your region, working closely with the various IF&IS product teams of DCCS, AGN, WPS and SEC as well as with the Heads of IT representing the customer-facing applications.
• Governance of all Infrastructure, Workplace and Security Projects for an OE together with Local Heads of Infrastructure as part of the CTO governance.
• Anchor point to support global, strategic initiatives such as the adoption of AZ Technology's Future Cloud Platform
• OEs of responsibility in Europe 1: Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia & Austria + mutual collaboration OEs

• Managing the balance between demand of OEs, Governance of H4 and Services delivered by AZ Technology
• Assure delivery on improvement areas with regards to the ambitiously set targets of previous and recent transformation programs
• Take the lead & drive complex strategic initiatives for the CE region
• Further transformations expected as part of consolidation and technology harmonisation across the region.

• Knowledge of the existing process landscape, standards and organization as well as solid understanding of infrastructure and information security services and operations.
• Project management skills and customer relationship management experience.
• Consulting background, organizational transformation and change management skills.
• Engage in customer relationship, understanding of strategy and challenges and providing customer insights.
• Moderation and presentation techniques to various levels.
• Significant experience in Cloud transformations and / or Infrastructure topics
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
