Who we are looking for

✔ Do you have experience of managing Data science teams and projects, and knowledge of the financial sector?

✔ Do you want to be in a client-facing role and shape the solution design and end-to-end delivery of DS projects?

✔ Are you ready for the opportunity to make a real impact of your work on the financial sector clients all over central Europe?

What do we expect from you?

4+ years of experience in Data science and machine learning area
In-depth knowledge and experience of the financial sector – consulting side is an advantage
Proficiency in Data Science and machine learning techniques, data modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and coding background in Python; cloud environments as an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills – you´ll be a trusted partner to our clients; you will need to understand client needs, design and pitch a technical solution to the management
Proactive approach, analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems; out-of-the-box thinking
Team leadership – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team
English at an excellent level (German is an advantage)
EU passport - possibility of business trips

Your future role

Working in an experienced data science team - Apply your expertise and enhance your managerial skills while working on projects in small teams.
Leadership and support of a data science delivery teams - from success metrics definition, solution design, requirements gathering, data collection, data analysis, prototype implementation to testing
A client pursuit mainly in FSI sector across Europe - from opportunity qualification to solution design and its proposition to clients
Trustworthy expertise - Serving as the FSI expert with focus on data science and machine learning applications
An international environment - You will be part of an international team of AI & Data professionals based in Budapest, Hungary
