The Early in Career Specialist - German speaking (Ei C) actively contributes to the company's success by positioning Roche as the employer of choice for the early in career demographic. The Ei C Specialist must collaborate with the Ei C Partners and multiple stakeholders across all areas of the business to plan and execute Ei C and Program activities that build and develop sustainable, diverse early talent pipelines to fill the future hiring needs of our businesses. The Ei C Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring the Ei C programming is implemented and executed in accordance with the direction set forth by the Ei C Partner and Early in Career strategy.


The opportunity

• Execute Ei C activities and programs, including logistics, vendor management, and budget analysis for successful events.
  
• Support yearly event planning, process documentation, and collaboration with university recruitment teams.
  
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring event requirements are met and providing administrative support during contract reviews.
  
• Leverage data insights for decision-making and collaborate with Recruitment Ao P for job postings and other channels.
  
• Ensure consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance, and address customer concerns while maintaining KPIs and SLAs.
  
• Foster global collaboration within the People Support Solutions network to ensure effective, consistent service delivery.
  

Who You Are:

• Experience in an Early in Career (Ei C) role with strong expertise in early talent development and growth. A University or College degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred, with additional experience in event management, mobility, and project management.
  
• Passionate about learning, staying on top of early talent trends, and using data-driven decision-making to guide actions.
  
• Strong project management skills, adept at applying agile methodologies in daily operations.
  
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships and driving results across global divisions.
  
• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, open to taking risks, experimenting, and constantly seeking new learning opportunities while actively giving and receiving feedback.
  
• Fluent in both English and German, with strong communication skills.
  
• Willingness to travel when needed.
