Engineering Manager

Your Day to Day
-
Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Fostering a proactive and independent engineering culture that can help get things done effectively
-
Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Work closely with product management and design teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
-
Identifying and mitigating project risks and proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
-
Collaborate with HR in the recruitment and hiring process, actively participating in the selection of top engineering talent.
-
Relevant hands-on experience in an Engineering Manager role
-
Experience working in an agile environment, in people management, with native or web application development with functional or cross functional team management
-
Relevant software development experience (C++, C# or Java)
-
Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English
-
BSc or higher degree or equivalent relevant work experience
-
