Experienced Full Stack Developer (C#, Racing Technology)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing new features for AVL Race Tech Toolchain, our self-developed (partly web based platform) tools that manage and analyze vehicle simulations
• Being part of an Agile development team, reviewing code and providing constructive feedback about the team’s contributions to the codebase(s)
• Testing and ensuring the reliability of the application everywhere that it’s deployed
• Maintaining our web app (frontend/backend/database) through all stages of the product cycle
• Communicating with other teams to improve company effectiveness
• Investigating and understanding user needs to optimize the user experience
• Mentoring junior developers in less technical areas of software development: design principles and patterns, communication, architectures, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed studies (BSc/MSc) in a computing-adjacent field and/or sufficient experience in a related industry
• At least 5 years of experience working with web technologies, preferably in an agile workflow
• An understanding that documentation, testing, and a focus on usability are as important as the code itself
• Professional experience with our primary web stack: C#, .Net, .Net Core, Entity Framework, Angular, Postgre SQL, Cloud applications
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Web GL (Three JS), Git Lab CI, C++, WPF is an advantage
• Good English skills
