Job Description
The team, the Digital Hu B L2C develops, operates and supports the applications TSI-force based on Salesforce (Saa S), Salesforce Marketing Automation (Saa S), TS Internet (TSI Internet Portals) and TSI API layer with E2E responsibility.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst colleague to support the product owner in demand evaluation, design and modeling any new demands in Salesforce of T-Systems and administrate the user stories and features in Jira.
The project open API is responsible for the infrastructure of TSI as well as for the comprehensive monitoring of the new open APIs.
In the same time, the team designs and develops chosen open APIs and prepares their hand-over to the TSI-programs.
Tasks:
- analysis of new demands
- definition of Epics/issues
- creation of data-mappings
- take-over implementations based on approved designs
Qualifications
Must have:
- Experience in microservice technologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Experience with open API/REST API
- Requirements management
- Agile working experience
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
- Cross functional collaboration
- Flexibility in working, oriented to European working time
- Analytical thinking
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English, German is an advantage
- TM Forum Datamodel knowledge
