Your tasks:

• Gather feedback on HR services and share insights with supervisors
• Maintain reports and data according to guidelines
• Support team members on recurring HR-related issues
• Identify and resolve errors, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Manage HR processes with high-quality standards and deadlines

Your profile:

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR processes (e.g., Talent, C&B, ER/IR)
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
