The People Consulting team works with Clients on their transformations, people strategies, employee lifecycle processes and culture improvement efforts. We deliver a large variety of engagements to domestic and international companies, across a range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, energy, public sector and others.
We are currently seeking to expand our team with a curious and proactive intern (part time / 20 hours) who is willing to learn and brings a can-do attitude, no matter how small or complex the task is. You will be part of a team of 15 people within a highly supportive, inclusive and professional environment, embedded in the larger landscape of EY Consulting.

Your responsibilities

Assist with the delivery of client proposals and projects, including market research, analysis, and visualization of findings (Excel, Power Point, Power BI and other tools)
Help in the preparation of reports and proposals that will be delivered to clients and other parties
Support the team in everyday administrative and operational matters
Contribute to professional discussions, idea generation and sourcing of insights within and outside of the EY ecosystem
Continuously build your skillset to improve your consulting competencies

Qualifications

Active student status in Hungary, currently pursuing a degree in Management and Organizations, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant area to Management Consulting
Proficient in MS Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Solid skills in preparing high-quality visual materials for client discussions (in Power Point)
Proficiency in English and Hungarian (verbal and written) is a must
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated interest in Management Consulting, Transformations and People topics
