Full-time

• You have a degree in real estate, finance/accounting (financial modelling studies are an advantage)
• You are at the start of your career or have 1-2 years of professional experience in data processing / similar support role
• You are numerically skilled, Excel savvy
• Your English is strong enough to be part of an English-speaking team
You are diligent and eager to learn

• Actively partake in the investment team’s advisory instructions, such as sale or purchase transactions across all sectors
• Produce pitch and marketing materials and market presentations
• Develop financial and property analysis models to support transactions and pitches
• Support commercial due diligence processes, such as review of leases and tenancy data
• Liaise with other departments for accurate data input and working assumptions
• Build specific knowledge of the property market incl. property location, ownership, specifications and tenancies
• Maintain databases and keep track of transaction / client activity
• Manage data room content and access for transactional counterparties and advisors
• Source and propose new potential investment targets
• Liaise with and propose the firm’s services to clients
• Participate in property inspections and meetings with clients
• Attend various property conferences, events, functions, presentations when required
Report to the head of department / manager regarding progress on various projects
