• Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures, defining detailed requirements, analyzing the business needs and validating solutions with the business
• Maintains focus on process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and the relationship to the business environment
• Work with Solutions Architects to transform requirements into solutions
• Develop an in depth knowledge of how data is utilized in business systems
• Business process mapping and analysis
• Lead functional and technical gap analysis
• Lead solution demonstrations and workshops
• Develop test scenarios
• Manage projects as required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• End to end business process design and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experience in analyzing data related to process issues
• Experience in a functional lead role in projects or task teams
• Experience with defining complex business requirements
• Self-motivated requiring little supervision
