What is the job about?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Grundfos Group Supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and supply chain. This role will be responsible for overseeing and driving key strategic supply chain projects within agreed time and budget. This role will also have to ensure strong collaboration and communication outside of Group Supply Chain to our many global stakeholders within Grundfos.
This is a temporary role lasting till January 2026 with a potential (but not guaranteed) extension of the contract.

Your main responsibilities:

• Apply highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in project management, project planning, budgets, and methodologies.
• Show high level of stakeholder management & communication skills towards senior stakeholders in structured formats.
• Take ownership and drive the successful implementation/execution of projects or programs, keeping a holistic overview of ongoing activities.
• Create clear and transparent agreement with the Steerco/Project Boards/Key stakeholders regarding the objectives of the project or program (Benefits, Cost, Quality, Risk, Scope, Time).
• Capable of self-Driving supply chain related task within the projects
• Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.
• Establish and drive project or program governance structure, including collaboration model that determines the decision making and reporting procedures.
• Handle changes, risks, and uncertainties within the frame of the project or program.
• Shows diligence by raising concerns in due time. Identify gaps in design and/or execution phases and coordinate the stakeholders to maintain contingency plans accordingly.

Your background
We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Most likely 6-10 years of relevant work experience before entering this level besides formal education.
• Preferably experience in Supply Chain
• Experience developing and implementing processes within project management.
• Experience operating and leading processes within project management.
• Experience leading key strategies and proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization
• Independency with limited support by direct manager.
• Experience with Change Management is highly preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
