The Global Learning Services teams focus on executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support. Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensures end-to-end process completion in line with customer-focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.

The Opportunity

As a Learning Solution Experience Advisor, you are responsible for flawless implementation of various events and programs. You provide advisory on training program implementation to Learning stakeholders as well as team members. You contribute to solution implementation and event management related knowledge sharing, documentation, streamlining and continuous improvement projects within the organization. You significantly contribute to training participants’ and stakeholders' satisfaction through creating a seamless user and customer experience.

  • Proactive Communication and Guidance: Provide strategic, proactive communication and guidance on event management topics, process changes, and system changes to ensure alignment for all key stakeholders.
  • Customer Service and Support: Deliver customer service on event management activities, support business customers, and troubleshoot issues as needed, ensuring end-to-end ownership of event processes.
  • Collaboration and Cooperation: Cooperate effectively with team members, coordinate daily work and projects, and actively participate in workshops, meetings, and work-related events.
  • Advisory and Knowledge Management: Advise the learning and event management community on technical and implementation opportunities, manage knowledge on processes, and update relevant documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, update and improve project implementation plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Financial and Vendor Management: Track program/event costs, manage budgets, liaise with vendors and financial departments, and create budget forecasts and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with HR colleagues and leaders, collaborate with peers globally, and contribute to the improvement of the performance of GLS and Learning Solutions Experience teams, achieving high customer satisfaction.


Who you are

  • We are seeing an individual with a degree and 2-5 years of related experience in event management and complex and dynamic project coordination and working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment with Fluent English skills, additional languages a plus, based on region (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Chinese)
  • Extensive experience in event management, complex project coordination, and navigating complex processes within a Learning/HR services environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of working effectively in a matrix organization across geographies and divisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities, performing finance-related tasks reliably, and thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrating customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, and a growth mindset by actively engaging in learning opportunities, seeking and giving feedback, and ensuring successful outcomes through collaborative efforts.
