• Responsible for developing and implementing (creative) communication strategies and concepts to capture the interest of target audiences
• Writing engaging and targeted editorials for newsletters, company blogs and other communication channels
• Coordinating and liaising with internal teams to gather relevant information and stories for communication content
• Creating editorial plans including social media publishing plans and newsletter schedules
• Writing engaging copy for social media on various platforms (Linked In, Twitter, Xing, etc.)
• Assist in the development of Cx O communication strategies and materials
• Work closely with designers to integrate visual elements into communication materials
• Independently coordinate projects, topics and tasks

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Completed studies or relevant training in the field of communication, marketing or a related discipline
• Proven experience in writing texts for social media, preferably in a corporate context
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and present them in a way that is understandable to a wide audience
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative communication approaches
• Experience in using social media platforms and tools as well as speech writing is an advantage
• Analytical skills to analyse social media metrics and derive recommendations for action
• Experience with Cx O communication is a plus
