Join our Data Operations Team and advance your career as a
Material Master Data Administrator

In this role You will:

Create and maintain master data elements, ensuring data quality and alignment across systems.
Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency with input sources.
Manage and resolve queries in Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to balance workload and meet data requirements.
Review and action data validation reports, working closely with other departments when needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve material-related issues during the planning and execution phases.
Identify opportunities to improve data governance processes, reducing errors and rework.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying CI principles and driving solutions.

What You will need to be successful:

Experience in data management is highly helpful, but this role is also perfect for career starters eager to learn.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Flexibility with working hours, including occasional late shifts to support US-based teams. (14:30-23:00 CET once every 2-3 weeks)
Good attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining data accuracy.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (Dutch, French, German, Italian) are a plus.
Any experience with SAP or Master Data activities is a plus, but not required
