Job Description
As a Business Operation Trainee, you will be a part of our DTIT organization with a small but highly committed Business Assistance & Newskilling team. Beyond development program organization & support of our leadership team you can have a huge impact on shaping our processes and dashboards via turning your passion and creativity into innovative and sustainable solutions.
You can join our Business Assistance team where you will:

• Ensure the accurate administration of the events within the organization.
• Plan, develop and organize organizational & teambuilding events.
• Keep contact with external providers to gain the most appropriate offers for existing business needs
• Keep up to date & follow up administration in regards of invoicing & billing documents
• Support our Leadership Team based on our defined processes

You can also join our Training team area, where you will:

• Ensure timely and accurate progress of the planned and established Development Programs
• Provide advisory management for local & international orga in Development topics
• Follow & visualize, administrate training figures and develop newskilling initiatives
• Keep contact with external providers to gain the most appropriate offers for existing business development needs
• Collaborate with HR & Procurement to ensure that DTIT HU Newskilling activities have functional integrity & proper controls
• Participate in local and international Newskilling related projects

Qualifications
Qualifications
Continued full-time student status for at least 1 more year

• Strong communication skills to develop good working relationships at all levels of the business
• Proactivity to seek opportunities to develop processes and procedures
• Coordination and event management affinity
• Solid Excel skills, & ability to visualize outcomes on ppt or other platforms
• English language knowledge is a must
• German language knowledge is an advantage
