Unit leader - Bioreactor

- Management of vaccine production unit (20-30 people) in a GMP environment
- Organization and control of daily operations
- Management, and people development of group leaders
- Connecting operational production with quality, maintenance, EHS and supply processes
- Responsible of fulfilment of the weekly, monthly and annual production plans
- Communication within the unit goals
- Performance Management – operation and developing of Tier system, interpretation and monitoring of KPIs
- Keep people, safety, quality, delivery, cost indicators (budget) on target
- Preparation for, participation in, and execution of authority inspections and customer’s audit

Your profile :
Requirements:
- Relevant degree (bioengineer, food engineer, chemical engineer, pharmacist)
- 2-3 year’s experience in similar field
- 2-3 year’s of leadership experience
- English knowledge in written and spoke
- Able to make decisions independently
- GMP/HACCP/ISO 9001 knowledge and experiences
- Lean (continuous development) approach
- Open minded, positive personality
- EHS approach
- Aseptic behaviour
