We are currently seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team for an exciting product launch. You’ll be joining our team in our Budapest office or at our customer’s site, contributing to innovative solutions in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting. We are looking for a confident professional with solid UX experience, strong client management skills, good English proficiency, and the ability to start immediately. The role requires a minimum of 2 days in the office per week, with a preference for being present every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead UX design projects independently from concept to completion
Conduct thorough UX research to understand user needs and behaviors
Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure market differentiation
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to guide product design and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth implementation
Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX design
Proven experience in conducting UX research and translating insights into actionable designs
Strong wireframing and prototyping skills using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Excellent client management and communication skills
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with industry-standard benchmarking practices and design

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE

Experience with UI design and knowledge of visual design principles
Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX methodologies
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/Java Script) for better collaboration with developers
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
Experience working with remote teams or in an international environment
Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar for user behavior analysis
