Role: Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role
Join Talent are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s team in Pune, India where you will play a vital role in supporting their recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the interview scheduling process for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Initiate onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within our recruiting system.
• Validate and quality-check job adverts.
• Effectively address inquiries from team members, candidates, and hiring managers.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Experience with volume hiring and a proven track record as a recruitment coordinator.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong client orientation and service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a recruiting environment, with a focus on candidate screening.
• Proven ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, manage data, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
