Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? One of Bali’s unique boutique hotels is looking for an Assistant Director of Sales to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive market. They should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and guide a sales team, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, along with the strategic thinking necessary to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum three years experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a similar industry (e.g., luxury goods, hospitality, real estate, etc.).
- Experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing sales professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess sales data and customers need to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools for data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new business development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team based on market analysis.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Communicate sales goals, strategies, and progress to the broader team and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement new sales approaches, techniques, and tools to improve sales effectiveness.
