With excellent communication and customer service skills, they build strong relationships with clients while handling inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements efficiently. Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality, Business); a Master’s Degree is considered a plus and highly valued.
• Full business proficiency in English is required, fluency in additional languages is a plus and can enhance client and partner interactions.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, particularly within the travel industry. However, recent graduates with strong motivation and a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential for managing itineraries, reports, and client communications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver personalised travel solutions.
• Ability to handle challenges in trip planning and execution, offering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, including itinerary creation, bookings, and coordination with partners.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of trip planning are accurate and meet high service standards.

Responsibilities :

• Create unique, bespoke travel itineraries tailored to each client’s preferences, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
• Provide prompt and timely communication with clients, offering guidance and updates throughout the planning process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Manage the design and execution of travel routes and trips, ensuring that all details are aligned with clients’ desires and operationally feasible.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, including hotels, tour operators, and activity providers, to secure the best offerings for clients.
• Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and expectations, striving to meet and exceed their desires through personalised service.
• Apply a systematic and business-oriented approach to travel planning, ensuring an organised, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to achieving set goals, going above and beyond to ensure travelers are satisfied with their experience.
