Job Description:
- Visit suppliers and verify the authenticity of information.
- Collect supplier information and digitize the data.
- Follow up on the signing of supplier contracts and handle disputes over clauses that arise during the signing process.
- Cooperate with the project department personnel to interview suppliers and deal with abnormal problems that occur in the project operation.
- Manage supplier documentation and records.
- Conduct on-site supplier assessments.
- Oversee supplier contract signing and follow-up.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather and analyze requirements, and develop suppliers accordingly.
- Organize supplier meetings, including price negotiations and new project implementation meetings.
- Preferably able to drive.
