Lecturer Required: Business Research Methodology
Dorset College is seeking an associate lecturer to join the Faculty of Business. The successful candidate will play an active role in the delivery of high-quality teaching for the Business Research Methodology module at Level 8 on the International Business degree programme. The role includes teaching, assessment, and academic administration, ensuring an excellent learning experience for our students.

Areas of Expertise Required:
- Business Research Methods, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Research design and methodology
- Academic writing and presentation skills
- Delivering lectures, tutorials, and workshops related to Business Research Methods
- Designing and grading assessments
- Providing feedback and academic support to students
- Engaging with academic administration tasks such as maintaining student records
Relevant Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Business Research Methods, including practical experience in the subject area
- A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master’s or higher)
- Experience in lecturing or teaching at Level 8 or higher
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to engaging students in the subject matter
- Familiarity with Moodle or other virtual learning platforms is an advantage
Salary: €69.44 per hour
