Administration Assistant

We have a need for an admin person in a busy and vibrant office to assist the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining filing system
Scanning documents to accounts software
Inputting data
Managing office correspondence including phone calls & emails
Assistance to accountants as required for other ad hoc duties

Role Requirements:

The ideal candidates will have good interpersonal skills, a basic knowledge of Microsoft office and a willigness to learn
Be able to work as part of a team and take responsibility for their own tasks
Experience in a similiar role would be an advantage

Remote working will be an option to the successful candidate.
