About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator with Payroll experience to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This is a remote role, perfect for someone looking for flexible hours while contributing to a dynamic environment.
The role primarily involves administrative tasks including managing and inputting data into our lead tracker, responding to client inquiries via email and social media platforms, and assisting with payroll tasks. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate payroll processing, record-keeping, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Data Entry: Input and maintain data in our lead tracking system, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, including managing schedules, organizing files, and tracking project updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Payroll Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing, with a solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational skills with experience in data entry, client management, and general office administration.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using various software platforms, such as spreadsheets, lead trackers, email, and social media management tools.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and ensure deadlines are met.
Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
