ICT Change Management Specialist
Location: Dublin 1 / Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICT Change Management Specialist with over 7 years of recent experience in this field. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualifications, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of ITIL practices within a highly regulated environment.
Mandatory Requirements:

• Mandatory requirement of over 7 years of recent ICT Change Manager experience.
• 7 years of experience working with Change Enablement.
• 7 years of experience in an IT environment aligned with ITIL Practices.
• 7 years of experience in stakeholder management.
• 7 years of experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience developing the Change Enablement Practice.
• Experience with Service Now and related modules.

Qualifications:

• The following qualifications are mandatory:
• ITIL certification
• Agile
• Scrum
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

English Language Proficiency:

• High proficiency in both verbal and written English is required.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work across all IT divisions at various stages in the Services Lifecycle and will be responsible for delivering:

• Oversee Service Transitions: Ensure all new and updated services transitioning into Operations follow Change Enablement practices, including Quality Assurance, Operational Readiness, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.
• Develop and Maintain Practice Plan: Take charge of creating and maintaining a comprehensive Practice Plan for Change Enablement, complete with clear deliverables and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with our Managed Service Partners to ensure they adhere to our practices. Maintain open lines of communication to encourage everyone to share suggestions for improvements.
• Monitor and Report KPIs: Develop and report on monthly KPIs, linking trends to related practices like Incident Management and Problem Management. Help identify areas needing adjustments or eliminating persistent pain points.
• Create Training Materials: Design and deliver training materials for new joiners, as well as refresher courses for users needing a boost. Ensuring everyone is well-informed is key to our success!
• Drive Improvements in Service Now: Suggest and drive improvements to our Service Now change module. Collaborate with our development team to achieve best practices and support the bank's overall IT strategy.
• Chair the Change Advisory Board: Lead all Change Enablement-related meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
• Continuous Trend Analysis: Conduct regular trend analysis of changes and common issues to inform practices and improve operations.
• Review Root Cause Analyses (RCAs): Produce and/or review RCAs for failed changes, ensuring lessons learned are documented and acted upon.
• Enforce Practices and Accountability: Ensure that all stakeholders are held accountable for delivering high-quality Change Requests.
• Guide Change Practice Development: Provide insights and guidance for the development of the Change Practice and related Change module in Service Now.
