The role - Chef De Partie

• Efficiently deliver consistent standards on our Perrott's Menu.
• Mentor Commis and Demi CDP colleagues to deliver the required standards
• Maintain 5 star standards in all dishes produced
• Bring innovative and new ideas to the team, menus and presentation
• Manage HACCP best practice in all areas
• Maintain a detailed Knowledge of the full menu and be able to explain dish descriptions.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.
• Provide professional, efficient and 5 star philosophy of service to all outlets, Orchids Fine Dining Restaurant, In room dining.

The successful candidate will
Have previous experience in a chef in a professional environment.
Fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the hotel.
Maintain a good level of understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry.
Lead by example.
Build effective and constructive relationships.
Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely.
Work collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.
