Sales Representative – WBC Civils
As part of the Wogan Build Centre Group, WBC Civils specializes in distributing Civils Construction Materials. The Group's core business focuses on supplying construction materials, with main brands including Wogan Build Centre, Eurospec Insulation & Drylining, and WBC Plumbing.
Principal Objective
As a Sales Representative at WBC Civils, your responsibilities include generating sales in the Civils Category, managing customer relationships, and overseeing construction-related activities with key customers/ potential in a specific geographical area to achieve the company's objectives as directed by the WBC Civils Division Manager.
Knowledge & Experience

• At minimum of two years sales experience in construction materials or a related industry
• Knowledge of Civils Construction
• Proven experience in dealing with building contractors

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with key strategic customers and potential contractors in line with customer relationship management framework guidelines and technical offerings to build strong relationships and gain maximum market advantage.
• Promote the company’s building material products and services by regularly visiting and contacting customers based on company guidelines and customer classification.
• Collect leads for other group brands, such as Wogan Build Centre, WBC Plumbing, and Eurospec Insulation & Drywall.
• Create customer, quotes, orders and invoices for customers. Verify customer returns and ensure all customer transactions are complete each month
• Create strong relationships with key suppliers to create a value offering to customers.
• Develop Account Plans to meet sales targets and maintain or enhance relationships with customers.
• Manage customer to stay inline with credit terms, using interpersonal skills to build commercial relationships with key decision makers .
• Planning customer visits and recording a visit report as appropriate
• Improving customer database with sales information collected from the field
