Select Roofing, one of Ireland's premier roofing and cladding companies (part of LPI Group), is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will report to Senior Management. Responsible for the day-to-day planning and control of all Roofing and Cladding operations, ensuring customer requirements are met as agreed and the Projects are delivered on time and within the Budget, maintaining good relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee roofing and cladding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet contractual obligations, deadlines, and client specifications.
• Prepare project schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all contracts are legally compliant, cost-effective, and protect the company’s interests.
• Track contract variations, disputes, and manage claims where necessary.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are delivered within agreed budgets.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
• Report to the client on contract progress and ensure client satisfaction utilising the agreed KPI’s.
• Manage project teams, including site managers and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, financials, and any major issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project management, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant building standards, and health & safety regulations.
