The Chawke Pub Group is currently recruiting a Head Chef.
Duties:
As Head Chef you will manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen whilst supervising and developing the team. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across the kitchen. You will ensure that the team complies with all health & safety & food safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years Head Chef experience, working in a high-volume, quality restaurant environment in Ireland.
Experience in Restaurant or Gastro pub Environment.
Be passionate about delivering a high-quality menu.
Experience of menu design and implementation and food costing.
HACCP Trained.
Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
Have the ability to develop a team enhancing their skill level
Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of and leading a team
Have worked in Ireland before in a similar role.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
