At SOS Group, we are excited to announce that we are now recruiting for HR Administrator to join our team in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR administration tasks, preparing HR related documents, such as reference letters, investigations, and performance management.
  • Onboarding – facilitate the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, uploading new starters to payroll systems, issue with starter packs, and ensure all relevant recruitment documentation is in order.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. Ensure all employee records are handled in a confidential manner and stored securely in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensure employees are aware of and comply with them.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Assist with internal audits and prepare necessary documentation for external audits.
  • Generate reports and analytics such as employee timekeeping records, and training progress reports.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquires regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Understand and apply our Quality and Environmental policy statements in all aspects of your work.
  • Contribute towards achieving company’s QE company objectives.
  • Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in basic IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a HR, ideally within Ireland.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or a multinational company is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sandyford, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
