Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a bright and motivated individual to join our growing HR team in a dynamic and varied role. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the HR department across all aspects of Human Resources, gaining exposure to a wide range of projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle: posting job roles, screening CVs, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and performing reference checks.
- Support new joiner onboarding by preparing employment contracts, creating employee files, coordinating IT setup, and organizing induction schedules.
- Help with the Internship & Graduate Programmes, including organising campus events, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire packs.
- Assist in the administration of the company’s benefit schemes.
- Act as the point of contact for healthcare and pension providers, maintaining accurate membership reports and handling related correspondence.
- Support the preparation of annual benefit renewal data.
- Prepare and update monthly headcount reports.
- Assist in preparing HR forecasting figures and maintaining HR trackers and spreadsheets.
- Support with Visa applications and ensure compliance.
- Manage HR-related correspondence such as confirmation of employment letters, family leave forms, and social welfare documentation.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects, including staff surveys, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs.
- HR Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Generalist/ HR Advisory Role
- Strong knowledge of Irish Employment law
- Ability to work independently, requiring minimal direction
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, organised, and motivated, team player.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
