We are a busy and growing workshop in Rathcoole, committed to delivering high-quality, custom cabinetry. We are currently seeking a Junior Cabinet Maker with at least two years of experience to join our team. Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Cabinet Maker with a minimum of two years' experience in the trade. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, able to work from CAD drawings, and familiar with woodworking machinery. You will play a key role in our team, contributing to various projects while furthering your craftsmanship and expertise.
Please note, this position cannot consider overseas applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of custom cabinetry by interpreting and working from CAD drawings.
• Operate woodworking machinery including panel saws, edgebanders, and other tools under supervision.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure the quality and precision of your work.
• Contribute to project management by assisting with timelines and task organization.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting senior cabinet makers and learning from their expertise.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cabinet maker.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings with a good understanding of technical details.
• Basic familiarity with woodworking machinery and tools, with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Full, clean driver’s license and ideally living within a reasonable commuting distance to Rathcoole.
• Flexibility with working hours to meet project deadlines.
