My client is a leading Retail Logistics company based in Ireland. They work across the FMCG, Hotels and many other industries to deliver infrastructure and capabilities for their clients.
They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a Full Time basis. This role is in office based in Dublin.

Role Overview

The position requires a candidate with strong planning and coordination skills to support the team and manage general office duties. Attention to detail is an absolute must have.

Responsibilities

• • Raising and monitoring purchase orders (POs)
  • Processing EDI data
  • Providing customer service support
  • Supporting outsourced merchandising activities
  • Handling office duties such as greeting visitors
  • Performing light facilities tasks ( managing post and ordering supplies)

Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Committed, hardworking, and able to thrive in a busy office
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and professional manner

Salary €35,000 DOE
