They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a Full Time basis. This role is in office based in Dublin.
Role Overview
The position requires a candidate with strong planning and coordination skills to support the team and manage general office duties. Attention to detail is an absolute must have.Responsibilities
-
- Raising and monitoring purchase orders (POs)
- Processing EDI data
- Providing customer service support
- Supporting outsourced merchandising activities
- Handling office duties such as greeting visitors
- Performing light facilities tasks ( managing post and ordering supplies)
Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Committed, hardworking, and able to thrive in a busy office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and professional manner
Salary €35,000 DOE
