The position takes responsibility for administration support to the Operations Department.
The role includes scheduling for the Mobile Total Waste Management team and other general administration duties. It will also be responsible to manage PRQ’s for Indaver Transfer Station, PPE, consumables, stationary etc. and assist with Transfer Station renewals & applications.

Function description

Coordination of PRQ orders and reconciliation of annual and ad-hoc PO’s for Transfer Station.
Financial planning and reconciliation
Transfer Station planning
Sharepoint expertise
TFS applications & renewals
Responsible to schedule all MTWM site work requests on MTWM Scheduler
Ensuring MTWM scheduling procedures are maintained and in date
Responsible to set up all TWM monthly sales orders and update hours for TWM on SAP

Required skills

Leaving Certificate
2+ years experience in a similar administration role
MS Office
SAP - advantage
DGSA / IMDG - advantage
Logistics Experience - advantage
LSS experience - advantage
