O'Hehirs is a well-established, family run business in food and bakery based in Sligo with a chain of shops spanning Sligo, Donegal, Mayo, Galway, Longford, and Westmeath and are expanding services and products offered all the time.
We are seeking a PART TIME Kitchen Porter to join our team at our Dock 84 restaurant, Sligo. The working days will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday with 1 weekday for our deep clean.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team in preparation and portioning of food products
- To always follow instruction for chefs on duty.
- To follow all cleaning schedules for the kitchen and follow the recycling guidelines whilst doing so.
- To keep the kitchen clean and tidy and to an agreed standard.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Work Permit to work in Ireland.
- Good organisational skills are a must with a logical approach
- Good standard of English both verbal and written.
