The Affidea Group is one of the most successful European healthcare diagnostics imaging company. We have 400 staff within our Irish clinics, where the business operates diagnostic imaging and minor injuries centre's around the country, offering a broad range of cutting-edge imaging technology and healthcare services to the public, insurers, employers and other organisations.
We are now seeking an experienced Patient Administrator to join our team in Affidea - Kilkenny

Job Responsibilities

Excellent customer care skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Flexibility and adaptability to be able to deal with different tasks

Responsible for providing excellence in patient service through the efficient management of patients through the clinic.

Greeting and Registering patients on a day to day basis at the reception desk

Providing reassurance and information to patients regarding their treatment

Handling and resolving patient complaints in line with company guidelines

Performing any local administration tasks such as billing/claims

Updating all records in an efficient, confidential manner with excellent attention to detail.

Experience / Qualifications

Minimum of 1 Year Administration Experience is essential

Customer Care Experience

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong IT Skills with Microsoft products.

Previous healthcare experience desirable

Flexibility and adaptability to be able to deal with different tasks and business opening hours
