Charles Hughes Ltd (Portwest), distributor of Portwest leisurewear, workwear, safety footwear and PPE are seeking applications for the position of Project Co – Ordinator based in our Westport Head Office. Portwest is one of the fastest growing workwear companies in the world and currently employs over 5,300 staff worldwide.
As part of the Portwest group, Charles Hughes Ltd leads the distribution of Portwest branded clothing in Ireland, supplying over 1,000 customers and employing 100 people in Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a very dynamic company.


WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE


  • Supporting Senior management with project work.
  • Projects include warehouse transition, ERP data migration, Autostore implementation, ISO submissions and ESG projects.
  • Generating reports on excel and Powerpoint
  • Liaising with different departments and stakeholders
  • General administration as required


PERSON REQUIREMENTS


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
  • Degree level qualification in business, IT or engineering.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
